The only purpose of any "even" in our lives is to reveal our true selves. Each of us, personally, must examine the depth of understanding, compassion, charity and gratitude we possess.
In our "course" of life; events serve no other purpose.
Any deviation, from the intent of this purpose; any focus on "events" outside ourselves, or in any other person's life, will frustrate the realization of this purpose.
